Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Free Standard Ground Shipping on all orders in the US

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the US for the exception of Canada however cost may vary depending on the providence its shipping to in Canada

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s site.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
